Qualifying Rebate Measures -
All measures that
qualify for rebates are entered into the database. Our Customer Service Representatives have access to a pull-down menu
by rebate measure, manufacturer and model number to verify an item's
eligibility. |

Management Reporting - Rebate accuracy is maintained by
reports such as the Inspection Completed, Batch Verification, and
Check Batch Summary. Aging reports and a listing of all applications
requested by customers prevents any potential rebate customer from "falling
through the cracks." |

Letters and Customer Forms - After an
application has been entered in the VRS database, a Customer Service Representative
may print the printer version of the application, an Inspection
Verification form, or a product Pickup Order Form. The information
that the Inspector or Disposal Driver needs about the customer is
pre-printed on the forms. The various letters to needed to send to
customers regarding their rebate status are also produced by VRS.

Rebate Checks - Rebate
checks are issued out of our headquarters in Anaheim, California and
are not handled by our satellite rebate offices for one very important
reason: separation of duties. Each check batch is
verified before checks are printed and checks are verified again
after they are processed. |
