Viewtech Rebate System (VRS) is an complete rebate management fulfillment program. Choose from the many services we provide:

	Marketing - We will assist you in developing a marketing plan including literature design, application development and direct mail advertising. We'll get the word out!
	Program Implementation - We will work closely with you to assure that program implementation is done in a timely, smooth manner and is tailored to meet your needs.
	Tracking and Reporting - Our proprietary software system will track all program applications and on-site verifications, issue rebate checks, and generate invoices and real-time management reports.
	Rebate Checks - Rebate checks are issued out of our headquarters in Anaheim, California and are not handled by our satellite rebate offices for one very important reason: separation of duties. Each check batch is verified before checks are printed and checks are verified again after they are processed.
	Customer Support Services - All field personnel are carefully screened and extensively trained in order to provide the highest quality of service to you and your customers. We offer the following support services:

	Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) process applications, provide telephone customer service support to utility customers, and schedule appointments for inspections and pickup of old products. Our 800 number gives your customers easy, convenient access to the rebate office.
	Inspectors perform visual inspections on rebated products, collect data, and verify installations. They also provide customers free information regarding available services for the disposal of products.
