our continuing role in administering rebate programs throughout the
United States.

Los Angeles Department of Water
and
Power - LADWP's Consumer
Rebate Program ran from September
2002
through June 2004. Its goal was to
promote energy
efficient products.
Rebates were available
for items
such as
refrigerators, dishwashers,
clothes
washers, room air conditioners,
lighting
fixtures, thermostats,
windows,
whole-house fans, pool pumps and
motors, air
conditioners,
heat pumps and
whole-house evaporative coolers.
Viewtech assisted in
the design and
development of LADWP's application.
Over 26,000
rebates were issued totaling more than $3 million. |

Municipal Water District of Orange
County - Ultra-Low Flush Toilet and High Efficiency Washer
Rebate Program. Viewtech has processed over 24,000 rebates ($3
million) for the ULFT program and over 17,000 ($1.7
million) for the Washer program. Over 31 member agencies are
participating under MWDOC’s
rebate program. Three tiers of rebates are available based on the
member agency to which the customer belongs. |

Municipal Water District of Orange
County - SmarTimer Rebate Program.
Implemented in October 2004, this program offers an incentive to
customers who install weather-based irrigation controllers. This new
"smart" technology is used to save water and reduce runoff. To see

Pinellas County, Florida -
Ultra-Low Flush Toilet Rebate Program. Viewtech administers all
facets of the toilet rebate program from verifying customer
eligibility to issuing the rebate checks. Viewtech uses its own
money to fund the rebate and invoices the County monthly for all
dollars expended and all appropriate fees. Retrofitted toilets are
picked up and recycled into roadbase material by Viewtech.
Approximately 31,000 rebates have been issued to date totaling over
$5.3 million. |

American Water Works Service
Company - High-Efficiency Washer Rebate Program. Viewtech
processed rebates for high-efficiency clothes washers in American
Water California and New Mexico service areas. Approximately 700
rebates ($75,700.00) have been issued to date. |

City of Tampa, Florida -
Ultra-Low Flush Toilet Rebate Program. Viewtech administers all
facets of the toilet rebate program including: customer service,
application processing, issuing checks, reporting, verifications and
recycling retrofitted toilets. Customers may call Viewtech’s office
to reserve their rebate prior to installation. In addition, Viewtech
monitors contractor compliance and building plumbing permits. To
date, Viewtech has issued approximately 20,500 rebates totaling
over $2.1 million. Viewtech also administers the City of
Tampa's Sensible Sprinkling Rebate Program which consists of rebates
for landscape improvements such as fixed spray head, rain sensors,
multi-program controllers, conversion to micro-irrigation, and more.
Over $12,500 in rebates have been issued. |

Hillsborough County, Florida -
Ultra-Low Flush Toilet Rebate Program. With Freddy the Frog as
official mascot, Viewtech administers all facets of the toilet
rebate program process. Viewtech uses its own money to issue the
rebates and is subsequently reimbursed. Viewtech designed a software
system that integrates all customer participation, accounting, and
program management components for the program. On-line customer
service representatives are able to accept applications, verify
program eligibility, and confirm rebate availability with a single
customer telephone contact. Retrofitted toilets are picked up and
recycled into roadbase material by Viewtech. To date, we have issued
rebates for over 74,000 toilets, a total of over $8.4 million. |

Washoe County - Ultra-Low Flush
Toilet Rebate Program. Viewtech administered this program for twelve
Nevada water service providers. Approximately 2,800 rebates
totaling over $600,000 were issued. |

Southern California Gas Company
- Home Efficiency Rebate Program. Viewtech assisted Southern
California Gas Company in processing a backlog of rebate
applications. In less than two weeks, Viewtech completed the
processing of approximately 3,300 rebate applications (approximately
$455,000). Viewtech conducted initial quality control checks,
research of inconsistent measures, contacted customers for missing
information, data entry, and check issuance. In addition, Viewtech
was able to quickly modify its existing rebate database design to
accommodate the Southern California Gas Company application,
capturing all data fields and having reports available. |

City of New York - Viewtech
issued over 1.5 million rebates and over $300 million on behalf of
the City of New York during a three-year period to promote retrofit
installation of 1.6 ULFT’s. Viewtech was responsible for providing a
turnkey program that included: answering customer inquiries,
processing and distribution of rebate applications and checks, and
verification of installations. Program promotions with bilingual
radio and print advertising, posters and community outreach were
developed and implemented. |

San Diego Gas and Electric Company
- Appliance Rebate Program. Viewtech processed approximately 7,000
rebates for $1.3 million on high-efficiency appliances. |

Los Angeles Department of Water and
Power - Ultra-Low Flush Toilet Rebate Program. The Department
first awarded its ULFT Rebate Program to Viewtech in early 1996. As
a result of Viewtech exceeding the Department’s goals and
expectations by issuing over 8,000 ULFT rebates initially, the
Department proceeded with incorporating the Washer Rebate Program
into the existing contract with an original goal of 500 washer
rebates. That goal was exceeded within the first eight weeks of
commencing the program. Viewtech was subsequently awarded the
Ordinance Compliance Program as a direct result of our contract
performance and service to the Department. Viewtech has processed
more than 56,000 rebates for this program, totaling over $4 million. |

City of San Diego - Ultra-Low
Flush Toilet Rebate Program. After initially participating in the
San Diego County Water Authority’s original ULFT Rebate Program and
increasing their participation level dramatically, the City of San
Diego began a standalone program specifically designed to address
the needs of their customers. This highly successful program has
provided incentives ($15 million) for the installation of 156,000
ULFT’s in five years. This was an ongoing turnkey program where
Viewtech provided all customer service, marketing, application
processing, field verification and check processing services.
Viewtech designed a computer system that provided many program
management features, as well as all reporting and accounting
functions. Many of the innovations developed through this program by
Viewtech, in close cooperation with the City, have become industry
standards. This program has served as the prototype for several
other large rebate programs in New York, Los Angeles and Florida. |
